12.2.4 MAINTENANCE MODE FUNCTIONALITY (MAINTAIN)
By pressing the button , the system varies the percentages of the top and bottom with those of
maintenance set on the current program.
When deactivating the preheating mode (condition that occurs 5°C before the set set-point is reached or by
pressing the Preheating button again) the system automatically goes into maintenance mode. In this mode, the
respective holding powers set on the current program are loaded.
To go from maintenance state in the Ready cooking state, you must press the Play button or the
Hold button otherwise the oven remains in the Hold state. It is not possible to change the maintenance
parameters except by modifying the program in the programs section and then reimporting and reactivating it.
12.2.5 SKY/FLOOR BOOST MODE FUNCTIONALITY
By pressing the respective buttons you can activate the top boost mode or bottom .
The system loads the variable percentage up to 100%, which can be set in the SETTINGS\PARAMETERS menu, of
the top and/or floor power for the seconds stored in the program; these percentages are presented in red.
When BOOST mode starts, the respective button turns red.
This mode is automatically deactivated when the application time expires or when the maximum disabling
temperature of the Boost mode is reached. The maximum setting time even in Boost programs is 180 seconds.
You can disable this mode by pressing the respective button again.
BOOST mode is recommended to compensate for any temperature losses. For example, when baking
Neapolitan pizza, which requires high temperatures, you can choose to activate the BOOST mode to have a
continuous supply of power to better support cooking.
ATTENTION: by activating the BOOST mode, the temperature could rise until it exceeds the set set-point.
12.2.6 ECO MODE
Push the button ECO mode can be enabled.
This mode optimizes the use of energy resources and reduces the instantaneous power supplied to the resistors by 40%.
ATTENTION: activating the ECO function can significantly affect the time it takes to reach the set temperature.
Example: top 100% - bottom 60% | ECO mode: OFF
top 60% - bottom 36% | ECO mode: ON
When ECO mode is started, the relevant button turns green.
You can disable this mode by pressing the respective button again.
