12.9.2 COOKING PROGRAM CYCLE
Turn on the control by holding down the [ON/OFF] key.
In this way the oven will load directly into the MANUAL program and enter
the STANDBY state.
Press [P] icon to view the list of available programs
Press [SET] icon to set the program
Press the [EXIT] icon to return to the main page and view a general overview
of the values of the current program (set-point, top-floor power
percentages, cooking timer and number of phases).
Press the [PREHEATING] icon to start the preheating phase of the cooking
chamber according to the parameters of the selected program. The mode
will be automatically deactivated 5°C before reaching the set-point of the
selected program and will automatically switch to [MAINTENANCE] mode.
• When [PREHEATING] mode is deactivated, the system will automatically
go into [HOLD] mode and load the power percentages of the current
program. This mode will allow the working temperature to be stabilized
before starting the selected program.
Press [PLAY/PAUSE] icon to start the program and cooking time. In the case
of multi-phase programs, only the 1st cooking phase will start.
Press the [PLAY/PAUSE] icon again to pause the cooking time of the phase
in progress (the heat supply will NOT be interrupted).
Press [RESTART] icon to reset the chosen setting. For example, the start of
the selected program, including all phases, or the set time of the cooking
phase.
At the end of the cooking time of the single phase (or the last phase, in the
case of multi-phase programmes), the system will emit acoustic signals and
the timer will reset to its initial state (the heat supply will NOT be
interrupted).
Press the [ON/OFF] button to completely stop oven operation and return
to the STANDBY state.
