Problem Cause Solution

Simply push ahead slightly
and then move the mower
as desired.
The motor
works but the
blade doesn’t
cut the grass.

The blade is not tightened to
the required torque.
◾
Re-tighten the blade. The
recommended torque for
the blade bolt is 36-43 ft-lb
(49-59Nm)
Short running
time of the
mower with
included
battery

Grass conditions and
cutting height setting will
greatly affect the battery
run time. The claimed run
time is based on a light load
condition.
◾
Raise the blade height and
slow your pace to reduce the
cutting load
