HARDWARE
Bill acceptor hardware failure - Solution: Call attendant - Appears when bill validator is
damaged.
Disconnected counter lamp - Solution: Check counter lamp.
Disconnected keyboard lamp - Solution: Check keyboard LEDs.
Disconnected top lamp - Solution: Check top lamps.
Low backup battery - Discharged Battery of NVRAM - Solution: Change battery.
The battery is checked once per 24 hours and each time when the machine
is turned on. After the check, in case of low battery this warning appears. All data
inside NVRAM can be stored up to 1 year from the first appearance of the warning
message on the screen.
Printer carriage jammed - Printer carriage is jammed.
Printer communication error - Solution: Call attendant - Appears at error in the printer
connection.
Printer paper out error - Solution: Call attendant - There is an error at pulling the paper from
the printer carriage.
Short circuited counter lamp - Solution: Check counter lamp.
Short circuited keyboard lamp - Solution: Check keyboard LEDs.
Short circuited top lamp - Solution: Check top lamps.
Touchscreen lost connection - Solution: Check touchscreen cables.
