Follow Below Steps for Setup
1. Remove Fitmax vibration plate from packaging
2. Attach power cord to the vibration plate and connect it with a source of power
supply
3. Insert AAA batteries in remote
4. Insert both loop ropes on bottom sides of vibration plate using hook on elastic
bands to clamps under the base of machine
