11. Troubleshooting
If the equipment is operated properly you should
experience no problems with malfunctions or faults. In
the event of any malfunctions or faults, please check
the following before you contact your customer
services.
Fault
The equipment does not heat
possible cause
1. The power plug is not connected
2. The thermostat control is set too low
3. The overheating guard has been triggered
Remedy
1. Connect the power plug
2. Turn the thermostat control clockwise to a higher
temperature
3. Note section 7.3
