11. Troubleshooting
If the equipment is operated properly you should experience no problems with malfunctions or faults. In the
event of any malfunctions or faults, please check the following before you contact your customer services.
Fault Possible cause
Remedy
The equipment does not work Power plug is not connected
Power switch not switched on
Socket outlet without power
Connect the power plug
Switch on the power switch
Check the socket fuse
The equipment blows out cold air The desired temperature has been
reached
Overheating guard has been
triggered
Reset the overheating guard

guard)
