  Several factors can prevent the motor from starting. It could be due to the connectors being separated from the motor, which requires repair by a Customer Service Center. Alternatively, the lawn mower might be standing in high grass; try starting in low grass or on an area that has already been mowed, adjusting the cutting height if needed. A clogged mower housing can also prevent starting; clean the housing to allow the blade to move freely. Ensure the safety switch is properly inserted. Also, verify that the battery is correctly inserted by removing and reinserting it.
