9. Trouble Shooting
Problem Cause Remedy
Motor doesnʼt start No electricity - Check electrical outlet
- Check mains cable
Piezo doesnʼt ignite Electrode incorrectly adjusted Check electrode and precisely
set according to diagram
No gas at burner - Gas valve is closed - Open valve
- Gas cylinder is empty - New gas cylinder
- Gas hose or connection leaks - Locate point of leak with soap
- foam and repair
Burner ignites, flame is - The thermoelement was not - Repeat ignition procedure
extinguished as soon as the gas
- warm enough - while pressing in the gas
valve is released - The safety thermostat - valve knob
--switches off - Allow the heater to cool for a
- few minutes and reignite
Burner goes out while in use - Gas flow too high - Have the pressure regulator
