Problem Cause Remedy
Motor doesn’t start No electricity - Check electrical outlet
- Check mains cable
Piezo doesn’t ignite Electrode incorrectly adjusted Check electrode and precisely
set according to diagram
No gas at burner - Gas valve is closed - Open valve
- Gas cylinder is empty - New gas cylinder
- Gas hose or connection leaks - Locate point of leak with soap

Burner ignites, flame is - The thermoelement was not - Repeat ignition procedure
