If the distillate rate of your Eisco Laboratory Equipment is less than 4 liters per hour, there are several potential causes: * Insufficient power supply: Ensure the mains electric supply is at the correct voltage (230V±10%). * Inadequate cooling water flow: Increase the flow rate of water to approximately 60 liters per hour in the Glass Condenser (Part No. 3). * Scaled Glass Boiler: Clean the Glass Boiler (Part No. 2). * Blocked vent: Remove any blockage from the vent on the Glass Condenser (Part No. 3) distillate outlet. * Constricted tubing: Ensure that the silicon tubing with plastic connector (Part No. 14) from the Glass Condenser (Part No. 3) distillate outlet to the reservoir falls freely without any kinks or bends. * Insufficient feed/cooling water supply: Increase the...
