If you're having trouble enrolling a finger on your eKey IP Access Controllers, here are a few things to check: 1. Make sure you swipe your finger consistently over the sensor, starting from the first finger joint. 2. Ensure that you are not swiping too softly or too strongly. Swipe gently. 3. Adjust your swiping speed. Swipe with moderate speed.
