HOW TO USE YOUR CARAVAN’S EQUIPMENT
The self-test cannot be executed perfectly or
does not give a correct message in the
following situations:
•After long stop periods.
• Brake in automatic reverse gear mode -
move the vehicle for some meters in
driving direction.
The self-test must be finished prior to driving.
For new vehicles - after your first trip:
• Check wheel bolts for tightness using a
torque wrench. Always check the wheel
bolts after each tyre change.
• Recommendation: Check the brake
system after approx. 500 km and
readjust it, if required.
