Preparation:
1. Put the apples, kiwis and sugar into the mixing container, cook for 9 min
/100°C/ at speed 5.
2. Add wine, cook for 1 min /100°C/ at speed 5.
3. Pour into a container. After cooling, keep in a refrigerator.
Tip
Add other fruits to enhance the avour.
The amount of sugar should be chosen on an individual basis and depend-
ing on the type of fruit.
Banana smoothie
1. Put milk, bananas and sugar into the mixing container, mix for 30 s at
speed 12.
2. Serve immediately after preparation.
