If the refrigerator does
not work (it does not

Plug disconnected from the outlet. Connect plug to the outlet.
Bas connection in outlet. Correct the fault in the outlet.
Power failure or voltage oscillation.
Disconnect plug from the outlet for 5 min
and reconnect it.
Blackout, house fuse burned or circuit
breaker off.
Wait for electricity return, replace fuse or
turn the circuit breaker on.
Voltage at outlet very high or very low (in
this case, the compressor will give several
successive starts without working).
Install a voltage stabilizer (not lower than
2000 VA).
If the refrigerator
does not cool (low
performance)
Improper temperature control set of
refrigerator compartment.
Set it properly, according to item
“Refrigerator Temperature Control”.
Incidence of direct sunlight or other heat
sources near the refrigerator.

Air circulation impaired Unblock the air openings.
Excessive time of open door. Open it only for the necessary time.
Clothes/objects on the condenser. Remove the objects.
Dirty condenser. Clean it according to instructions.
Food freezing in
the refrigerator
compartment
Improper temperature control set of
refrigerator compartment.
Select the correct temperature.
Food placed near the air openings. Place them correctly.
Very moist foods. Dry them before storing them.
Foods are defrosting in
the freezer compartment
Extended power failure.
Food stored in Freezer cannot be in good
conditions to be consumed. Check each
one to make sure they are good.
Overcharging in freezer compartment.
Respect the freezing capacity of your
refrigerator.
Refrigerator turned recently on. Wait for the freezer cooling.
Foods are not freezing
properly in freezer
compartment
Improper temperature control set of freezer
compartment.
Adjust temperature in freezer compartment
to “maximum”.
Food placed near the air openings. Place them correctly.
Excessice formation
of ice in freezer
compartment
Freezer door does not close completely.
Check if there are no objects like towels in
refrigerator top or foods inside the freezer
that are obstructing the door closing.
