Heating function Application
True Fan Cooking
To bake on up to three shelf
positions at the same time and
to dry food. Set the tempera‐
ture 20 - 40 °C lower than for
the function: Conventional
Cooking.
Pizza Function
To bake food on one shelf po‐
sition for a more intensive
browning and a crispy bottom.
Set the temperature 20 - 40 °C
lower than for the function:
Conventional Cooking.
Conventional Cook‐
ing
To bake and roast food on one
shelf position.
Frozen Foods
To make convenience food
crispy, e.g. french fries, potato
wedges or spring rolls.
Grill
To grill thin pieces of food and
to toast bread.
Turbo Grilling
To roast large meat joints or
poultry with bones on one
shelf position. To bake gratins
and to brown.
Bottom Heat
To bake cakes with crispy bot‐
tom and to preserve food.
Heating function Application
Moist Fan Baking
This function is designed to
save energy during cooking.
When you use this function,
the temperature inside the ap‐
pliance may differ from the set
temperature. The residual heat
is used. The heating power
may be reduced. For more in‐
formation refer to "Daily Use"
chapter, Notes on: Moist Fan
Baking.
Humidity Low
To bake bread, roast large
pieces of meat or to warm up
chilled and frozen meals.
Humidity High
For dishes with a high mois‐
ture content, custard royale
and terrines, and for poaching
fish.
Full Steam
For vegetables, fish, potatoes,
rice, pasta or special side-
dishes.
The lamp may automatically deactivate at
a temperature below 60 °C during some
oven functions.

To keep food warm. Please
note that some dishes may
continue to cook and dry out
while being kept warm. Cov‐
er the dishes if necessary.
Plate Warming
To preheat plates for serving.
