Oven Function and Thermostat
Control knob (Fig. 13)
They allow to choice the most suitable heat for different
types of cooking by inserting suitable heating elements
and regulating the temperature to the degree required.
The oven light stays lit in all selector positions.
Explanation of symbols:
0 Oven in off position
Conventional cooking - The heat comes from the
top and bottom element of the oven, ensuring
even heating inside the oven
Grill - The heat comes from the top element only
Bottom heating element - The heat comes from
the bottom of the oven only
Fan oven cooking - This allows you to roast or
roast and bake simoultaneously using any shelf,
without flavour transference.
Defrost Setting - This setting is intended to assist
in thawing of frozen food.
Traditional cooking
1. Turn the oven function control knob to the required
cooking function ( ).
2. Turn the thermostat control knob to the required tem-
perature.
Grilling
1. Turn the oven function control knob to the required
cooking function ( ).
2. Turn the thermostat control knob to the required tem-
perature.
Cooking with the bottom
element

Operation pilot light (Red light)
When lit, it shows the insertion of one or more heating
elements.
Oven thermostat pilot light
(Yellow light)
It turns off when the oven reaches the selected tempe-
rature and re-lights when the heating elements operate
to stabilize the temperature.
