D. Main Control Board Removal / Installation
•
Remove the hood assembly. (Section C)
•
Remove the furniture guard.
•
Remove 1 torx screw.
•
Disconnect three diaphragm hoses marking them to insure correct placement when
reassembling.
•
Disconnect electrical leads.
•
Remove the main control board.
Note: When reinstalling any electrical components, make sure you reference the correct
wiring diagram. After any rewiring, it is also necessary to route all wiring back into the
proper retaining clips and/or holders.
•
Reassemble in reverse order.
E. Handle Assembly Removal / Installation
•
Remove both wheel assemblies. (Section B)
•
Remove the hood assembly. (Section C)
•
Remove the furniture guard.
•
Remove the handle assembly retaining rings by removing 3 torx screws from both rings.
•
Detach the handle 2 electrical wires by cutting off the wire crimps.
•
Remove handle assembly.
Note: When reinstalling any electrical components, make sure you reference the correct
wiring diagram. After any rewiring, it is also necessary to route all wiring back into the
proper retaining clips and/or holders.
•
Reconnect wires with new crimps.
•
Reassemble in reverse order.
F. Brushroll Motor Removal / Installation
•
Remove the hood assembly. (Section C)
•
Remove the furniture guard.
•
Remove 1 torx screw from the back side of the brushroll motor cover and lift the cover
off.
