CLEANING AND CARE
1. Unplug the rice cooker before you start cleaning it. Wait until the rice cooker has cooled down suf-
ficiently before cleaning.
2. Remove the steam tray and the inner pot from the body of the appliance.
3. Cleantheinnerpot,steamtray,ricepaddleandsteamvalvewithaspongeoraclothinwarmwater
withsomewashingliquid.
4. Toprotectthenon-stickcoatingoftheinnerpot,donotusetheinnerpotforwashingdishesorput
vinegar in the pot.
Donotuseabrasivecleaningagents,scouringpadormetalutensilstocleantheinnerpotasthesewill
damage the non-stick coating.
5. Cleaningthewaterholder:Detachthewaterholderfromthericecooker.Aftercleaning,attachedthe
water holder back to the rice cooker.
6. Cleaningthesteamvalve:Detachthesteamvalvefromthericecooker.Twistandturntounlockthe
steamvalve.Aftercleaning,lockthesteamvalveandattachitbacktothericecooker.
