  If your Electrolux Washer has washed a load but will not spin, with water remaining in the washbowl, the spin speed might be set to DRIP DRY (open lid, remove clothes, then close lid). Other potential issues include an unevenly distributed load (open lid, redistribute load and close lid), the machine not being level (ensure machine is level), a blocked outlet or kinks in the hose (check outlet and hose), excessive detergent use (wait minutes, use less detergent in the future, and use only low sudsing, front load washer detergent), or the lid not being properly closed (make sure lid is closed).

  If the lid of your Electrolux Washer will not open, consider the following: * The machine may be at a spin stage, and the ‘Lid Locked’ light is ON. If you need to access the bowl, wait until the stage is complete and the light is OFF, then you can open the lid. * The machine may be at the end of the wash cycle, finishing the final spin & the lid lock release stage. Wait a short while until the ‘Lid Locked’ light is OFF. * The lid may be stuck in the locked position. If the ‘Lid Locked’ light is OFF, press Power to turn off the machine, then press Power again. If the lid still will not open you should call Service.
