WARNINGS
• Do not allow the appliance to be used by children or by somebody that does not know how
to use it.
• Do not put the appliance in water or other liquids
• Do not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet when the plug is connected to a soc-
ket.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is connected to the mains.
• When the appliance is not being used, disconnect the plug from the socket.
• Do not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents.
• For cleaning, use just a damp cloth.
• Never place the hot iron on a metal surface: the surface may become hot. Always use the
provided insulating iron rest.
• Do not put the hot appliance on a heat-sensitive surface.
• Do not direct the steam jet from the iron to people, animals or garbage.
• The boiler is protected from overheating by a thermostat. When this thermostat trips, the
appliance must be inspected by an authorised service center.
• Do not turn the boiler on without water.
• Do not open the cap when the appliance is on.
• The cap incorporates a safety valve: replace only with original spare part.
