If your Electrolux Hob doesn't spark when activating the generator, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the hob is properly connected to the electrical supply. Check the fuse to confirm it hasn't blown; if it repeatedly blows, consult a qualified electrician. Verify that the burner cap and crown are correctly positioned. After lighting the flame, ensure you hold the knob for approximately 10 seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat sufficiently. Also, check that the injector is not blocked and the burner crown is clean.
