Why does my Electrolux PUREF9 have no suction?
    • T
      Tanya WilliamsAug 15, 2025
If your Electrolux Vacuum Cleaner has reduced or no suction power, several issues could be the cause. The filters or nose cone might be dirty or missing; in this case, clean or wash the filters and ensure they are correctly placed. Consider changing or replacing them if necessary. Also, the air channel or cyclone could be blocked; remove the dust container and inspect for obstructions. A blocked floor nozzle or hose can also cause this issue; remove the floor nozzle and check for blockages, using a stick carefully to remove any obstructions in the hose.

    • L
      Lisa BoydAug 28, 2025
If your Electrolux Vacuum Cleaner is not charging, ensure the main unit is in the lowest position and not locked in the upper position or in between. Check that the connectors on the back of the main unit are properly connected to the charging stand. Also, verify that the charging pin is connected to the back of the charging stand and that the charging adapter is plugged into the socket. The main floor nozzle must be attached for charging to occur. Finally, charging will not occur if the room temperature is below 5°C or above 35°C; store and charge the product indoors at a room temperature between 5 - 35°C.
