Close Lid
Push start (GREEN) button
Opening lid will stop the
cycle. Close lid and push
green button to restart
from 1 minute.
Pushing stop will also
complete the spinning
motion.
If lettuce isstill too wet,
fluff inside the tub andrun
the cycle againfor 1
minute.
Make sure water trap is
checked frequently. Excess
water will overflow onto
floor.
Unloadlettuce and store
per eTRAIN procedures.
Clean inner tub in 4
compartment sink using
standard methods.
Rotate tub completely in
each compartment toget
all surfacesclean.
Before removing water trap
to wash, evacuate any
standing water in the
bottom of the spinner
housing into the trap
Empty trap into sink.
Wash water trap in 4
compartment sink.
Allow parts to air dry
before next use.
Clean inside and outside of
spinner stainlesssteel shell
accordingto ETRAIN
procedures used for
cleaning stainless steel
work surfaces.
