Step 5. Install the long J-hook assembly (#15) and short J-hook assembly (#16) onto the vertical arm.
Step 6. Insert the folding shank into the 2” receiver, using a stabilizing pin, 1/2” at washer, 1/2”
spring washer, and a clip (#17, #18, #19, and #11).
