Instructions for Part # TBBC-4

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble Left Frame Section

Assemble the Left U-Frame, Left Main Rack Frame, and one Frame Support Bar.

Step 2: Connect Frame Bottoms

Connect the bottom of the U-Frame to the bottom of the Main Rack Frame using Clip Pins.

Step 3: Assemble Right Frame Section

Repeat Steps 1 and 2 to assemble the right section of the bike rack.

Step 4: Connect Frame Sections

Connect the left and right sections using Spacer Bars and Clip Pins.

Installation Steps

Step 5: Install Plastic Stoppers

Screw Plastic Stoppers onto the long wing bolts on the U-Frames.

Secure Rack in Truck Bed

Set the bike rack in the truck bed and adjust wing bolts to secure it.

Adjust V-brackets for Tire Support

Adjust V-brackets on the Main Rack Frame to support the top of the bike tire.

Using Tie-Down Straps

Recommended use of tie-down straps to further secure bikes.

Warranty remains in force for one year from the date of the product's accepted delivery.

Warranty Service

Authorized Dealer will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge.
