BUBBLE WINDOW
MAINTENANCE
To avoid having the bubble window (Figure M-7)
turn milky with age, use an acrylic cleaner, such as
the one shipped with the Pelican. Apply the cleaner
to a rag and wipe it on the window.
NOTICE
Use a soft cloth on the bubble window. Do not use
coarse materials, such as paper towels on the bubble
window.
If the bubble window begins to turn milky, clarity
may be restored by the following method:
1. Thoroughly clean the window with ammonia
and water, being sure to remove all dirt that
may be embedded in scratches or cracks.
2. Rinse the window completely and allow it to
dry.
