What to do if some Elinchrom BX 500Ri units do not fire in “Grp” mode?

  If some Elinchrom camera accessories units aren't firing when triggered in “Grp” mode, make sure the channel selector switch is set to the same group. Try reducing the distance to any non-working unit. Also, verify that the transmitter is in the same trigger mode, either Speed or Standard.

  If the test flash works, but your camera isn't triggering the Elinchrom flash unit, first check the hot-shoe fitting. If that doesn't work, connect the 2.5 mm to PC SYNC cable instead of using the hot-shoe connection.
