Why is no image displayed on my Elmo Document Camera?

  There could be several reasons why your Elmo Document Camera isn't displaying an image. Ensure the AC power cord is correctly connected to the wall outlet and the camera. Verify that the power is on (the power button should be lit blue). If you've just turned the power off and back on, wait a few seconds before turning it on again. Also, check that the correct input source is selected from the Select image menu and that the output resolution setting of your monitor or projector matches the camera's. If the resolution is set to Auto and the image is not displayed properly, change the resolution setting to something other than Auto. Finally, if you are using HDMI, confirm that the device supports HDCP.
