You can control the whole fire alarm system from the '(/7$23 panel.
Primary operation is based on activation of the main function keys such as the
6,/(1&($/$50key, the 5(6(7key, etc.
The more advanced operation of '(/7$ 23 incorporates the use of
hierarchical software menus built up around the 0DLQ0HQX. Each option in the
PDLQ PHQX displays submenus with new options, giving you access to all
system functions.
You choose menu options by selecting via the keypad the number in front of
them on the display.
ã The system will report any alarm detected while you are operating the panel.
No alarm will be ignored or postponed while interacting with the system, as
alarms have higher priority than the menus.

There are four levels of access to the system in accordance to the (XURSHDQ
6WDQGDUG(13DUWRQ&RQWURODQG,QGLFDWLQJ(TXLSPHQW.
$FFHVVOHYHO is the lowest level key switch in disabled position allowing
the user to receive information from the graphical display, the front panels LED
indicators and other interfacing equipment, such as printers, PCs, etc. The only
operation permitted is muting the internal buzzer.
$FFHVVOHYHO allows the authorised user to operate the control panel key
switch in enabled position giving access to the panels IXQFWLRQNH\V, the
keypad and most of the functions, via menus.
$FFHVVOHYHO is only used by system engineers and other technical personnel.
This level is password controlled and has three sub levels:
6XEOHYHO$ password A accesses vital engineering functional controls, such
as $XWRPDWLF.H\(QWULHVisolations, detector texts, etc.
6XEOHYHO% password Ballows use of special functions for servicing
personnel, such as programming the number of input devices in a loop, etc.
6XEOHYHO& password C is used by system engineers to set up and program
the fire alarm system.
$FFHVVOHYHO is the highest level, permitting change of the system by means of
replacing electronic parts, such as PCBs, EPROMs, EEPROMs, etc. It is also the
only level that allows changing the )LUH&RXQWHU.
