2U, 25 (2.5-inch) DAE front view
On the front, viewing from left to right, the Block and File (Unified) VNX5700 platform 2U,
25 (2.5-inch) disk drive DAE includes the following hardware components:
◆ 2.5-inch 6-Gb/s SAS, 6-Gb/s NL-SAS, or Flash disk drives (hot-swappable)
◆ Status LEDs
Figure 62 shows the location of these components.
Note: In a Block and File (Unified) VNX5700 platform, when using the 2U, 25 (2.5-inch)
disk drive carrier, the maximum amount of disk drives is 500.
