EmbracePlus if it appears to be damaged.
EmbracePlus is waterproof and can be worn while exercising or taking a
shower. However, Embrace Plus should be removed while swimming in
saltwater or while using a hot tub, sauna, or steam room.
In case of skin irritation after prolonged use, it is suggested to switch
the recording location, by placing the EmbracePlus on your other wrist.
Also make sure to clean the EmbracePlus to avoid further irritation. In
case of an allergic reaction persisting beyond 2-3 days, it is suggested to
immediately stop using the device and contact the administrator.
The materials used in the manufacturing of the EmbracePlus are widely
used in wearable devices. Empatica performed biocompatibility tests
according to the ISO 10993 standard series and the device successfully
passed those tests.
