Not recording - Out of battery
When EmbracePlus is out of battery, it cannot record
data and therefore the display background will turn
dark. Charge your EmbracePlus to start recording
data again.
Not recording - Missing companion app/system
When the background is dark and an ‘X’ appears, the
EmbracePlus is missing the companion app/system
connection. Make sure the companion app/system
has Bluetooth activated and is within range (10
meters/30 feet) of the EmbracePlus to re-establish a
connection.
Once the companion app/system connects, the display background will turn
light and the Empatica heart will appear.
