  If there is no air or media flow from the Empire nozzle, make sure that: * All air valves from the compressor are open. * The cabinet doors are tightly closed, sealing the door interlock. * The regulator is adjusted. * The nozzle is disassembled and cleaned. * The door interlock air hose is replaced. If the problem continues, further pneumatic control circuit troubleshooting may be required.

  If the lights and blower are working but the blast will not activate on your Empire system, try the following: * Repair any air leaks. * Verify the main air supply is on and the cabinet is receiving air, and the regulator is set properly. * Check for obvious control air leaks. * Listen for air leaks with the main switch ON and foot treadle pressed. * Check for air leaks between points B and C. * If no air escapes when the foot treadle valve is manually pressed, replace the valve.
