Suuttimen pituus mahdollistaa syvyydeltään yli
5 mm olevien ientaskujen puhdistamisen.
Älä koskaan käytä AIR-FLOW handy 3.0
PERIO -laitetta ientaskuihin hampaan apeksiin
saakka.Vähintään 3 mm luuta on oltava näkyvissä
emfyseeman riskin estämiseksi.Tarkista esikä-
sittely röntgenkuvilla.
Älä käytä PERIO-FLOW-menetelmää välit-
tömästi subgingivaalisen hammaskiven poiston tai
juuren tasoittamisen jälkeen.
Työskentelytekniikka
1.Laita suutin ientaskuun.Työntösyvyys riippuu
taskun syvyydestä.Älä työnnä suutinta väkisin
taskuun, sillä tämä voi vahingoittaa pehmytku-
doksia.
2.Kun suutin on laitettu taskuun, paina laitteen
poljinta 5 sekunnin ajan.
3.Aseta suutin taskun sisään enintään 5 sekun-
niksi hoitoaluetta kohden.Suuttimen toistuva
asettaminen samaan kohtaan ei ole suositel-
tavaa.Suorita hoito suuttimen pienillä pystysuo-
rilla liikkeillä.
Vesisuihkun rajaamaa EMS-jauhe/-ilmaseosta
suihkutetaan ientaskuun.Ilman, jauheen ja
vesisuihkun mekaanisen vaikutuksen ansiosta
subgingivaalinen biofilmi eliminoidaan juuren
pinnasta.
The nozzle length enables cleaning pockets over
5 mm deep.
Never treat with AIR-FLOW handy 3.0
PERIO the pockets down to the apex. At least
3 mm of bone must be present to prevent the
risk of emphysema. Verify with radiographs
pre-treatment.
Do not use the PERIO-FLOW method
immediately after a sub gingival scaling or a root
planning treatment.
Working Technique
1. Insert the nozzle into the periodontal pocket.
The penetration depth depends on the pocket
depth. Do not force the nozzle into the pocket
because this could hurt soft tissues.
2. When the nozzle is inserted in the pocket, press
the pedal of your device for 5 seconds.
3. Place the nozzle inside the pocket for 5 seconds
maximum per site. Repeated insertion of the
nozzle in the same site is not recommended. Carry
on the treatment with short tiny vertical motions
of the nozzle.
EMS powder/air mixture conned by a water jet
is sprayed into the periodontal pocket. Due to the
mechanical action of the air, powder and water
spray, the subgingival biolm is eliminated from
the root surface.
