Verify the ultrasonic module is correctly powered when the footswitch is activated or when the handpiece is removed from the tray. Make sure the connector between the handpiece and cord is dry. Review your settings and working mode. If problems persist, try replacing the handpiece cord or the handpiece to see if these components are damaged.
