Why won't the pilot light on my Endless Summer Patio Heater?

  Several factors can prevent the pilot light from igniting on your Endless Summer Patio Heater. It could be due to a closed tank valve (open the valve to resolve this), a blockage in the orifice or pilot tube (clean or replace these parts), air in the gas line (bleed the gas line by pressing the control knob for 1-2 minutes until you smell gas), low gas pressure (replace the tank), or a faulty igniter (use a match to light the pilot and replace the igniter).

  If the burner on your Endless Summer Patio Heater fails to light, the issue might stem from low gas pressure (turn the tank valve OFF and replace the tank). Alternatively, there could be a blockage in the orifice (clear the blockage), or the control knob might not be in the ON position (turn the control knob to ON).
