Seat Adjustment Vertical / Horizontal
A correct seat adjustment will ensure you can do your exercise more efficiently and comfortable. It also
will reduce the risk of any injury while using.
Vertical
Horizontal (if available):
Adjust the seat height that your knee will not
be stretched entirely while the ball of your foot
is fully placed on the pedal and the pedal is at
its lowest position.
Warning: do not exceed the maximum height
clearly marked with “STOP”.
If applicable, adjust the seat horizontally so that
you can reach the handlebar comfortably.
Step off the bike before you adjust the seat. Make sure all screws are tightened well after you have
made your adjustments.
Foot Position / Strap Adjustment
Please use the pedal straps for secure
exercising.
1. Put the ball of each foot on the pedals
2. Rotate the pedals until one can be
reached
3. Fasten the strap over your shoe
4. Repeat for second foot
Resistance Adjustment
Manual adjustment
The resistance can be changed by turning the
resistance knob. To increase the resistance
turn the knob clockwise, to decrease it counter
clockwise.
Computer controlled adjustment
The resistance can be Increased or decreased on the console (if applicable). Please consult the computer
manual for further information.
