  • Motor: Single 1000W Motor
  • Max Load: 120 KG
  • Range: 35 Miles (approximate, under optimal conditions and 65kg rider weight)
  • IP Rating: IP54 Rated
  • Ride Incline: 20°

Usage Features

The G2 Pro Electric Scooter features a user-friendly control system:

  • Power On/Off: Press and hold the on/off button on the Smart User Controls Panel. For Ignition Variation models, turn the ignition key clockwise first, then press and hold the on/off button.
  • LCD Central Display: Provides essential information to the rider.
  • Accelerator: Controls the scooter's speed. The scooter is set to speed one and soft start from dispatch for safety. Riders are advised to slowly press the accelerator while keeping one foot aside for stopping, gradually increasing acceleration as they become proficient.
  • Lights: Equipped with a headlight, sidelights, and a rear brake light for visibility.
  • Electronic Horn: For alerting others.
  • Kick Start: Can be enabled or disabled via the P05 parameter setting (1 or 0).
  • Electric Assist Braking Strength: Adjustable via the P06 parameter setting (1 or 0).
  • Cruise Control: Can be enabled or disabled via the P07 parameter setting (1 or 0).
  • Folding Mechanism: The stem can be unfolded by pulling it forward and secured with a Stem Lock Screw, which must be fully tightened before use.

Safety Precautions for Usage:

  • Always check all fixtures and fittings before riding.
  • Ensure a clear area and check surroundings to avoid accidents.
  • Familiarize yourself with the brakes; bed them in at slow speeds and avoid sharp or erratic braking to prevent disc warping. Never use the accelerator and brakes simultaneously.
  • Maintain correct tyre pressure to prevent damage and risk of failure.
  • Always wear protective clothing.
  • Exercise caution in wet or icy conditions, reduce speed, and use dual braking to prevent skidding.
  • Do not expose the scooter to excessive water or moisture; avoid riding in heavy rain, sleet, snow, or through rivers and streams.
  • Only ride in permitted areas and obey local laws and national legislation.
  • Do not carry passengers; the scooter is designed for a single rider.
  • Do not use if under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if feeling unwell.
  • Do not use a mobile device whilst riding.
  • Age Requirement: 18+ years.
  • Do not store the battery or scooter in environments exceeding 30 °C or below -10 °C.

Maintenance Features

The manual outlines several maintenance and troubleshooting aspects:

  • Malfunction Codes: The LCD display shows error codes (E3, E4, E5, E6, E8, E9) to indicate specific malfunctions related to the controller unit, motor, battery voltage, brake lever, connections, and lights.
  • Troubleshooting Malfunctions: For error codes, the manual provides possible causes (e.g., loose connections, damaged components) and advises photographing the error symbol and notifying EnviroRides via their Warranty Process Form or Servicing & Repairs Process Form.
  • Battery Charging: The lithium battery can be charged at any level, but keeping it fully charged is recommended for optimum life and performance. The charger has an overload protection function. Connect the charger to the scooter's dry charging port, then to a UK mains socket. The charger light will be red during charging and green when fully charged.
  • Battery Storage: A fully charged scooter can stand for 30-40 days uncharged, while a low-charged one can stand for 20-30 days. For lengthy storage, disconnecting the battery from the controller units and charging separately is recommended to prolong battery life.
  • Packaging: Keep the original packaging for potential returns or servicing, as unsuitable packaging may incur additional costs or void refunds.
  • Servicing and Repair: EnviroRides recommends that servicing or repair be performed only by a qualified EnviroRides Technician. Contacting EnviroRides before attempting repairs is advised due to the technical features of eScooters.
  • Tyre Pressure: Maintaining correct tyre pressure is crucial to prevent damage to the alloy and tyres.
  • Brake Bedding: New brakes may be tight and require bedding in at slow speeds to prevent warping of brake discs.

Warranty Details:

  • Duration: Limited 1-Year Warranty.
  • Coverage: Defects in materials, parts, and workmanship for one year from delivery/collection. Specifically covers: Motor (1 Year), Frame (1 Year), Controller Unit or Units (1 Year), and Battery (6 Months).
  • Exclusions: Wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, theft, excessive load, transport damage, cosmetic issues, and damage caused by poor maintenance or unqualified workmanship. Chargers and charging ports are not covered.
  • Voiding Warranty: Tampering with or removing the water detection label on the battery will void the warranty. Poor maintenance (e.g., loose screws allowing moisture ingress) may also negate the warranty.
  • Claims: Requires the original buyer's receipt/proof of purchase and evidence of fault. The component may need to be sent for inspection.
  • VIN Number: Must be provided on all warranty claims.
  • Non-transferable: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Returns Policy:

  • Notification: Up to 30 days to notify EnviroRides for a refund.
  • Return Period: A further 7 days to return the eScooter after notification.
  • Condition: Goods must not have exceeded 5km on the odometer and must be returned in "as new" condition with all components and original packaging. "As new" means unridden (less than 5km) and without any wear, tear, dirt, scratches, or missing parts.
  • Fees: Unwanted returns will incur a return fee. Items returned without original or in unsuitable packaging will not be refunded and may incur further costs.

Legal Information:

  • As of 03/11/2022, privately owned eScooters are not permitted on public footpaths, cycle lanes, or highways in the UK.
  • EnviroRides accepts no responsibility for any claim, liability, loss, injury, or death resulting from possible violation of legal statements. The rider assumes all responsibility for risks during riding.
  • Continued use of the eScooter implies acceptance of these terms.
  • In case of resale, the original purchaser must notify the new buyer of these legal statements and responsibilities.
