What to do if my ep ES20-WA Forklifts load can not be lifted?

If the load cannot be lifted, the charge capacity might be below 20/40%, so you should charge the battery. Also, the hydraulic oil level might be too low, so check the hydraulic oil level. It is also possible that the load is excessive, so note the maximum capacity as indicated on the data plate.
