How to fix an Epic Treadmill that won't turn on?
    • B
      bonniecrosbyAug 8, 2025
First, ensure the power cord of your Epic Treadmill is plugged into a surge suppressor, which is then plugged into a grounded outlet. Use a single-outlet surge suppressor meeting the specifications on page 13. Note: this treadmill is incompatible with GFCI outlets. Second, after plugging in, verify the key is inserted into the console. Third, check the power switch on the treadmill frame near the cord. If it protrudes, the switch tripped; wait five minutes, then press it back in to reset.

Also, ensure the power cord is securely plugged in; if it is, unplug it, wait five minutes, and plug it back in. Additionally, try removing and reinserting the key from the console. If problems persist, please consult the front cover of this manual.

What to do if my Epic TL2200 Treadmill walking belt is off-center or slips?
    • B
      Brendan JohnsonAug 18, 2025
If the walking belt of your Epic Treadmill is off-center, remove the key and unplug the power cord. If the belt has shifted left, turn the left idler roller bolt clockwise 1/2 turn. If it shifted right, turn it counterclockwise 1/2 turn. Avoid overtightening. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill briefly. Repeat until centered. If the belt slips, unplug the unit, and turn both idler roller bolts clockwise 1/4 turn. Ensure you can lift each edge of the belt 3-4 inches. Plug the unit back in and test.

Why does the walking belt on my Epic TL2200 slow down when I walk on it?
    • M
      Mackenzie CooperAug 28, 2025
The walking belt on your Epic Treadmill might be slowing down due to several reasons. Ensure you are using a single-outlet surge suppressor that meets the specifications described on page 13. If the walking belt is overtightened, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Use the hex key to turn both idler roller bolts counterclockwise, 1/4 of a turn. When properly tightened, you should be able to lift each edge of the walking belt 3 to 4 inches off the platform. Keep the walking belt centered. Plug the power cord back in, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until properly tightened. If the issue persists, please consult the front cover of this manual.
