Step 1: Remove Paper from MP Tray

Remove all paper from the MP tray before proceeding.

Step 2: Open Front Cover

Open the front cover to access the paper jam area.

Step 3: Remove Jammed Paper

Carefully pull out the jammed paper from the indicated area.

Caution: Protect Imaging Cartridges

Do not leave the front cover open over five minutes to avoid light exposure.

Step 4: Close Front Cover

Close the front cover after removing the jam.

Step 5: Remove Jammed Paper from Rear

Remove any remaining jammed paper from the rear of the printer.

Note: MP Tray Paper Removal

Remove all paper from the MP tray and close it if it is open.

Step 1: Remove Paper from MP Tray

Pull out the jammed paper from the MP tray.

Step 2: Open Front Cover

Open the front cover to access the paper jam.

Remove jammed paper from the rear of the printer.

Caution: Protect Transfer Belt

Be careful not to damage the transfer belt.

Step 4: Remove Jammed Paper from Top

Remove jammed paper from the top section of the printer.

Step 5: Remove Jammed Paper from Front

Remove jammed paper from the front access area.

Warning: Fuser Temperature

Be careful of the hot fuser. Wait 30 minutes if printer was in use.

Step 4: Remove Jammed Paper from Top

Remove jammed paper from the top section of the printer.

Step 5: Remove Jammed Paper from Tray Area

Remove jammed paper from the tray area.

Step 6: Remove Jammed Paper from Rear

Remove jammed paper from the rear of the printer.

Step 7: Remove Paper from MP Tray

Remove any remaining paper from the MP tray.
