Chapter 2 Setup
Setting up using TM-P80II Utility
Connect the printer and computer with a USB cable, and configure the printer's wireless LAN settings on the
computer using the TM-P80II Utility.
Necessary Items
Prepare the following items.
• Computer: Windows 11/10/8.1/8/7
• USB cable: With a Type-C connector required for connecting to the printer
• Setup utility: TM-P80II Utility
Setup Procedure

Connect the printer to the computer with a USB cable.

Turn on the computer.

Turn on the printer.

Start TM-P80II Utility.

Select the printer and click [OK].
If the printer does not appear, click the [Add Port] button to add the USB-connected printer.

Use the [Network] menu to configure the network settings.
For details on the settings, refer to the TM-P80II Utility manual.

After completing the settings, turn off the printer.
Wireless LAN setup for the printer is now completed.
