Load the envelopes flap edge left and printable side up against the right edge
guide.
Note:
Press down on the stack of envelopes to flatten them before loading. If print
quality declines, load one envelope at a time.
Do not use envelopes that are curled, folded, or too thin.
The left edge guide moves slightly during paper handling and printing. Do not
adjust the guide if it moves.
5. Press in the release button on the left edge guide and slide the guide against the
envelopes (but not too tightly).
Select the following settings when printing on envelopes:
■ Envelope as the Type or Media Type setting
■ Envelope #10 (4 1/8 × 9 1/2 in) as the Size or Paper Size setting
■ Landscape as the Orientation setting
