Step 3: Follow the voice prompt instructions.
Step 4: Enter your Unit ID Number.
Step 5: Be prepared to work with the Technical Support
Specialist to diagnose the problem.

Saturday, 7 AM to 4 PM (Pacific Time)

so we may resolve the problem.
