Selecting a billing code
When a billing code is set, press Billing code to display the list. You can choose where to claim the cost.
You can select where costs are claimed.
Quota enforcement
If a cost limit is applied by the system administrator, the credit is consumed when you perform jobs such as
printing, scanning, and copying. If all the credit is expended, you will not be able to use the multi-function device.
In this situation, contact your system administrator.
