• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervisionor
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
2. Electrical safety
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Check that cabling will not be subject to wear, corrosion, excessive
pressure, vibration,sharp edges or any other adverse environmental
eects.
SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES
• The appliance shall be installed in accordance with national wiring
regulations.
• Keep ventilation openings clear of obstruction.
• The appliance shall be stored so as to prevent mechanical damage from
occurring.
• The method of connection of the appliance to the electrical supply:
• Do not operate the unit with a damaged plug or loose outlet.
• Use only the correct power supply-AC220-240V ~SO Hz.
• Remove the plug from the socket if the unit is not going be used for a long
period of time.
• Always turn the unit o and remove the power plug from the socket when
cleaning.
• WARNING: Do not use means to accelerate the defrosting process or to clean,
other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not pierce or burn.
• Be aware that refrigerants gases may not contain an odour.
