  If your EQUIPRITE jack lifts, but fails to maintain pressure, it might be due to the release valve not being tightly closed. Ensure the release valve is securely closed. Alternatively, a hydraulic unit malfunction could be the cause. In this case, stop using the jack and contact your local Fastenal Representative or visit www.fastenal.com to locate your nearest store.

Why does my EQUIPRITE 5100790 have poor lift performance?

  If your EQUIPRITE Jacks exhibit poor lift performance, it could be due to a low fluid level. Ensure the fluid level is at the correct level. Another possible cause is air trapped in the system. To resolve this, with the ram fully retracted, remove the oil filler plug to let any pressurized air escape, then reinstall the oil filler plug.

  If your EQUIPRITE jack will not lift a load, it could be because the release valve isn't tightly closed; make sure it is. It might also be that the load is too heavy. If this is the case, consider using a jack with a higher capacity.
