After adjusting the tension it should be possible to lift the saw chain (3) 3-4 mm from
the guide bar (2) (Fig. 9).

4. Tighten the xing nuts (19) with the multi-tool (24) to secure the guide bar (2) and
the clutch cover (20).
Switching between standard/anti-freeze mode
Set the vent for the carburettor to standard or anti-freeze mode.
> In normal operating conditions (temperature above +5 °C), use the product in standard
mode, i.e. using factory default setting.
> In anti-freeze mode the vent is open so that the hot air from around the cylinder can
ow to the carburettor. This prevents the carburettor from freezing.

Insert the multi-tool (24) into the slot on the locking lever and push downwards to
pry the top cover (6) open.
2. Remove the air lter (6b) to fully access the vent tab.
3.
Push with the index nger behind the vent tab to pop it open. Select the desired
side of the vent tab (standard or anti-freeze) and ret it to open or close the vent.
