Saving a Number Together
with a Name
Every phone number that you save gets a position number.
You can save the phone numbers together with a name to
make it easier for you to keep track of your phone numbers.
To save a number together with a name
1. Scroll to
Phone Book
,
YES
,
Add Number
,
YES
.
A list of numbers used but not saved appears.
2. Select
Add New?
or any of the numbers
from the list by pressing
YES
.
3. Enter a phone number that you wish
to save (including the
+
sign and the
country code) and press
YES
.
4. Enter a name that you want to associate with the phone
number and press
YES
.
5. You now have three options:
• To save the number in the suggested first empty
position, press
YES
.
• To save the number in another position, press
C
to
erase the position number, enter a new position
number and press
YES
.
• To save the number in the phone memory, you need
to know how many positions you have got on your
SIM card. You can check this in
Memory Status in the Phone Book menu. If, for
example, you have 200 positions on your SIM, you
